Angel Mound State Historic Site
Angel Mounds State Historic Site is nationally recognized as one of the best-preserved prehistoric Native American sites in the United States. John James Audubon State Park & Museum
Located south of the Gold Star twin bridges that connect Indiana to Kentucky, Audubon Museum and State Park preserves the work and spirit of this internationally recognized expert of ornithology. Audubon walked the forest now named after him when he resided in Kentucky in his early years. Life-size folios are on exhibit as are details of the accomplished study done by Audubon throughout his life. Lincoln Amphitheatre
Lincoln Amphitheatre is a covered, 1,500-seat amphitheatre that is located inside Lincoln State Park in Lincoln City, Indiana. It is the only covered outdoor venue in the nation and ensures that there is never a rain-out.

Memorial Coliseum
The Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Coliseum was built in 1918 (construction began in 1916) to honor soldiers and sailors who fought in the Civil War, and Spanish-American War. Pigeon Creek Greenway Passage
Once complete, the Pigeon Creek Greenway Passage will encompass 42 miles of pedestrian and bicycle trails that encircle the city. Linking communities and providing a natural refuge from busy streets, the Greenway will be a linear park and trail system that ultimately extends into adjacent counties and ties into the American Discovery Trail (an interstate system of trails that cross the U.S.). Access to the completed portions of the trail is found at Garvin Park (N. Main Street and Heidelbach Ave.).

Spring Mill State Park
Located just over 100 miles Northeast of Evansville, Spring Mill State Park features a restored pioneer village, cave tours, trail rides, fishing, hiking, swimming, and more. Squire Boone Caverns
It was Squire Boone and his brother, Daniel, who discovered these caverns in 1790. Between 1804 and 1809, Squire built a gristmill near the mouth of the cave that serves as the focal point of Squire Boone Village today. The village includes craft shops, playground, picnic groves, kitchen, bakery and candy cabin.

Swonder Ice Arena & SK8 Park
New facility opened in October of 2002, Swonder Ice Arena is a skater's dream come true. Two regulation-size rinks suit hockey players and figure skaters. Inliners and skateboarders can choose between an indoor or outdoor skate park. State-of-the-art sound and light show designed with the technology used at the 2002 Olympics heats up the action when the skaters take the ice. University of Southern Indiana and local high school hockey teams compete weekly. Seating for 1,500 spectators available.

The Roofless Church
The non-denominational Roofless Church, a New Harmony architectural landmark designed by Philip Johnson and built in 1960, is open to the public and operated under the auspices of the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis. Mrs. Jane Blaffer Owen, who commissioned the Roofless Church, believed that only one roof, the sky, could embrace all worshipping humanity. Its picturesque setting makes the Roofless Church a popular setting for weddings and other ceremonies.

Tri-State Speedway
Tri-State Speedway is a one-quarter mile high-banked dirt oval racetrack located approximately 15 miles north of Evansville off Hwy 41. Racing takes place on Sundays between May and September for Sprints, UMP Modifieds, Pro-Modifieds and Late Models (UMP sanctioned).

Victory Theatre
The Victory Theatre is a 1,950-seat venue managed by SMG Entertainment. The theatre recently underwent a $20 million renovation, and evokes nostalgic memories of the 1920s. Willard Carpenter House
Completed in 1849, Willard Carpenter House is one of the finest examples of pure Georgian architecture in this area. Built of brick and stone, it features a balanced facade and a classic facade over the entrance door. Restored in 1974 to as close to its original condition as possible, the home stands as a memorial to one of Evansville's most aggressive and influential pioneers.

Willard Library
Willard Library is the oldest operating library in the state of Indiana. It was opened in 1885 under the directive to be a public library for the use of the people of all classes, races and sexes free of charge forever.
